Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Tollgate. By signing up for the waitlist or integrating the SDK you agree to the terms on this page.

1. Service description

Tollgate is a coordination layer for pay-per-call APIs. We do not custody funds. All USDC transfers occur between your wallet and the agent's wallet on chain; Tollgate facilitates the signing and batching of IOUs that represent amounts owed.

2. Non-custodial statement

Tollgate never holds, controls, or has signatory authority over customer funds. You are the sole custodian of your USDC at all times.

3. Availability

Tollgate is not available in every jurisdiction at launch. See the availability page for the current list.

4. Placeholder sections

Limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and other terms will be published when legal counsel sign-off is complete.
